She is an anthropologist with a Ph.D. from Cornell University, New York. She has worked for the Ministry of Education of Peru, for womens' organizations, and in independent research and consulting. Since 1992, she has been a member of the social science faculty of the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (PUCP). Her longest-term research is a longitudinal study on urban poverty in Lima, where she has followed a group of families in a shanty town from the 1970's through the present.

Historian and specialist in gender, poverty and development. She has been associated with the NGO (Asociación Civil) Transparencia and is a member of the governing board of the Instituto de Estudios Peruanos. She has been Minister for Women and Human Development.

Anthropologist, consultant on evaluation and rights of the child. Currently Coordinator of the Lima-based programme to strengthen capacity of monitoring and evaluation for FIDA projects in Latin America and the Caribbean. She has worked with civil society networks and with UNICEF in social and children's policy.

Economist, Masters from the University of Georgetown. He has been general manager of CUANTO and Coordinator for Latin America and the Caribbean for the InterAmerican Development Bank's MECOVI programme. He has also headed the National Statistics Institute, INEI.

He has served as Vice-Minister of Economy, Technical Secretary for the Interministerial Commission on Social Affairs and advisor on development to the President of the Council of Ministers. He leads the consulting firm Desarrollo Esencial.

Economist, professor of Economics at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru and consultant on poverty and social policies. He has been Executive Director of FONCODES and an advisor to the World Bank.

President – Instituto Cuánto

Doctor in Economics from Harvard University. He has been President of the Central Reserve Bank of Peru. Consultant in areas of economic development, employment and poverty. He is co-author of the official history of the World Bank and has been a Professor at Princeton University.

Anchorwoman Prensa Libre TV Program - América Televisión

Lawyer, Masters in Comparative Jurisprudence from the University of Texas. Associate researcher at the UPC and consultant in the organisation and operation of the powers of state. She has been an interviewer for the programme Ampliación de Noticias on RPP and presenter of the programme Tribuna Libre on the cable channel, Canal 6. Currently, she presents the programme Prensa Libre on América Televisión.

Member – National Council for Education (Consejo Nacional de Educación)

Business administrator, planner for issues regarding education, and economic and social development. Member of the governing board of Peru's Consejo Nacional de Educación. He is Vice-president of the Instituto de Investigación para el Desarrollo y la Defensa Nacional (INIDEN) and President of the Centro de Innovaciones y Evaluaciones Educativas.

Economist; Master’s degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He is anchor at his radio program broadcast by station radio, Radio Capital, at group RPP. He is also associate professor of economics at the University of the Pacific in Lima. He was Director of the daily newspaper Perú.21.
